Christina Coviello is a User Experience Researcher who strives to help build experiences that improve the lives of real people. She believes that good products are built on empathy and evidence.

She currently lives in New York City and works full-time as the Head of UX Research at Noom Inc., where she works closely with Product Managers and Designers to create mobile applications that help users tackle chronic health conditions. 

Christina also works as a freelance User Experience Consultant for hire. She enjoys helping individuals and small businesses see their websites and mobile applications through a user's eyes and understanding how to make experiences as seamless and successful as possible.

She is experienced in research techniques such as user-behavior analysis, remote and in-person usability testing, qualitative user interviewing, survey creation, quantitative data analysis, user journey mapping, persona development, and product design consulting.
